If you are scheduling a particular date and time to have your vehicle serviced or to pick up a part the scheduled date and time must be at least 2 business days or further out. One of our Ford Certified Service and Parts Specialists will reach out to you within 1 business day to confirm your appointment or parts order. As an example: If you submit a service or parts request on Friday, the scheduled time will need to be the following Wednesday or later, and a Specialist will contact you no later than Monday to confirm the appointment.
