Meet Our Staff

Dealer Principal at B&B Ford, Inc. The dealership was purchased by Mr. Bush in 1989. He was born and raised in Barnwell County. He is a graduate of South Carolina State University, Class of 1971; where he earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering. He worked with Owens Corning Fiberglass for 16 years; starting as a process engineer and rising to the position of plant manager by the time he resigned in 1988. He purchased B&B Ford in 1989, and has been in the car business at B&B Ford ever since. Mr. Bush is proud of the partnership B&B Ford has with the Ford Motor Company and the community. He finds working with his two sons, Howard and Andrew, rewarding; but also takes pride in the fact that 25 families help make B&B Ford truly a family business. He believes in the Ford brand and is committed to continued service and quality B&B Ford delivers to the community at large.

Andrew is a hands-on owner and manager at B&B Ford, Inc. He is the 2nd son of four by Mr. Bush and his wife, Loretta. He is a graduate of South Aiken High School in Aiken, SC and a graduate of South Carolina State University with a BS in Business Management. He began to work part-time at the dealership as a teenager to help his father and the car business got into his blood. He loves his work and feels blessed to be in the position given to him. He uses his position and dealership to give back to the community as much as possible. In his free time, he enjoys hanging out at the house with his son, Royce.

Jenny has been a member of the B&B Team since 2012. She is also an entrepreneur with her own side business in sales called Eleanor's Corner Coming from Aiken County, she graduated from W-E High School in Williston. She has a long history of experience in sales and customer service having managed at several companies throughout the CSRA. She specializes in social media sales and is always willing to go out of her way to ensure her customers stay beyond satisfied! In her free time, she enjoys driving her Mustang GT around and hanging out with her two children.

Jennifer has been a member of the B&B Ford Team since 1996. She is very talented and wears multiple hats at the dealership. Office Manager, Tag and Title Clerk, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable, and much more all fall under her expertise. Jennifer is a lifelong resident of Barnwell County and a graduate of Barnwell Highschool (Go Warhorses!!). She is the proud mother of one son, Brock, and enjoys spending time with her family and going to church in her free time.

Ben has been doing sales at B&B Ford for over 15 years. He's Master Certified as a Ford Sales Consultant through Ford Motor Company. Born and raised in Barnwell County, he is a graduate of Barnwell High School. He's the proud father of 4; 3 girls and a boy. He has a BS in Business from South Carolina State University. He's very knowledgeable about all Ford products and displays a strong commitment to customer service. He has a good reputation in the community and his customers know they are truly appreciated.

Born and raised in Estill, Ken has been a resident of Barnwell since 1974. Ken is a Master Certified Ford Sales Consultant. He is the proud father of 2 daughters, and enjoys time with his 3 grandchildren. He has been with B&B Ford since retiring with Farm Bureau in 2008 and displays a commitment to customer service and lets his customers know their business is appreciated at B&B Ford. Through his decades in insurance and automotive sales, he has developed a reputation for a straightforward sales approach, with the ability to satisfy the customers' needs. He's a great guy and B&B is happy to have Ken on their team.

Sabrina has been in the automotive industry since February 2015 and joined B&B Ford in January 2025. She has gained experience in various roles, including Sales, Service Advisor, Parts, Parts Manager, and Internet Sales. Sabrina enjoys learning everything she can about the industry. Outside of work, she spends her time at home with her four dogs and two horses. Together, they enjoy long walks, lake trips, car rides, and trail rides. When she’s not with her animals, Sabrina enjoys spending time with her adult daughter, who is both her best friend and sidekick. Quay joined B&B Ford in October 2022, bringing with him over 23 years of experience in the automotive industry. He holds certifications in Service Advisory, Service Management, and Warranty Administration. Throughout his career, he has worked with several major brands including Ford, Volvo, BMW, Dodge-Jeep-Ram, Honda, GM, and Acura. Quay is deeply committed to excellence and always strives to provide more than just an average experience. He brings a customer-first mindset and leverages his diverse background to deliver the high-quality service our clients deserve. Outside of work, Quay prioritizes faith, family, and football. He enjoys moments of peace, quiet, and reflection in nature, always appreciating the small miracles life has to offer. Kerri has been in the automotive industry since April 2017 and joined B&B Ford in February 2020. Despite the challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, Kerri and her team remained committed to serving their customers with dedication and care. In late 2020, she transitioned into the service department, where she expanded her knowledge and experience far beyond what she initially imagined. Outside of work, Kerri enjoys spending time with her 10-year-old Chihuahua, Patty. Together, they love taking car rides, long walks on the beach, and road trips to the mountains. Chris joined B&B Ford in March 2016 and is known for his upbeat attitude and readiness to help whenever needed. As one of our younger technicians, he has quickly demonstrated strong skills and proficiency across all areas of the Ford technical field. We’re proud to have him on our team! Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending his free time fishing and being out on the water.

Charlie has been a valued member of the B&B Ford team since 2016, renowned for his strong work ethic and dedication. He specializes in alignments, oil changes, and quick services, and we are incredibly proud to have someone as hardworking and knowledgeable as Charlie on our team. Outside of B&B Ford, Charlie is happily married and enjoys spending time with his two children and seven grandchildren. When he has the chance, he loves hunting, fishing, and watching football.

Anthony has been a valued team member at B&B Ford since 2002 and is one of our most knowledgeable technicians. With expertise that spans nearly every aspect of vehicle repair, he specializes in suspension systems and electronic diagnostics. There’s little he can’t handle when it comes to Fords—or any vehicle. Outside of work, Anthony is an avid sports fan and enjoys playing softball. He’s a six-time league champion, a testament to his competitive spirit and dedication both on and off the field.

Jerome has been a dedicated and valued member of the B&B Ford Family since joining us in September 2016. He has quickly proven himself to be an essential part of our detail department, specializing in interior restoration. Known for his keen eye and talent for bringing interiors back to life, Jerome’s work consistently exceeds expectations. He holds certifications as a Simoniz Exterior and Interior Specialist, a RedCap Pickup & Delivery Representative, and a Quick Lube Technician. His versatility and commitment make him a tremendous asset to our team. Outside of work, Jerome enjoys quiet relaxation and spending time with his family, especially watching his nephew play football. We’re proud to have him on the B&B Team.

Marvin is a dedicated automotive technician responsible for receiving customer vehicles and completing inspections and repairs both in-shop and on the road. With a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality, he ensures every vehicle is serviced with precision. He's also known around the shop for crafting an exceptional Cuban-style espresso.

Kayla began her career in the car business in July 2018, navigating the challenges of returning to the workforce while going through a divorce and raising her son as a single mom. She started as a Title Clerk at a dealership in Orangeburg, SC, where she spent five years learning the ins and outs of the industry. In August 2023, Kayla made the decision to transition into the service department and joined B&B Ford. Outside of work, Kayla enjoys spending quality time with her son, whether it's taking trips to the beach or exploring the mountains when they have the chance to get away.

Lesean is a proud graduate of Barnwell and has been a valued member of the B&B Ford team since 2023. He brings dedication and professionalism to every customer interaction.

Originally from Massachusetts, Tony has been a valued member of the B&B Ford team since 2010. He holds Master Certification in a wide range of specialties, including: Senior Master Technician Engine Master Electric Vehicle Systems Drivetrain and Chassis Diesel Engine Repair and Performance High Voltage Battery and Systems Brakes Automatic and Manual Transmissions Climate Control Electrical Systems Steering and Suspension Gasoline Engine Repair and Performance New Model Training Courses Field Service Actions Outside of work, Tony enjoys spending quality time with his family and camping in the great outdoors.
